Essential Package

• Price: $100.00
• Description: Includes 3-5 edited photos following a brief photo session. Limited to a single photo location within a 15-mile radius of McMinnville, OR.

Classic Package

• Price: $180
• Description: Includes 10-15+ edited photos. Session timing is flexible and can occur during the day or after dark.

Premiere Package

• Price: $260
• Description: Includes 30-60 edited photos. Session  approximately one and a half hours. Usually scheduled close to Sunrise or Sunset.

Automotive Sales Auction Site Package

• Price: $460
• Description: Includes 50-150 edited photos. Session  approximately one and a half hours to two and a half hours. 
• Used for sites like Bring a Trailer and other similar Automotive sales sites.

Business/Commercial Package

• Price: $500
• Description: Includes 25-50 edited photos for business advertising purposes. Photos can be used for various advertising platforms such as social media, posters, billboards, vehicle wraps, magazines, and websites. Any additional photos beyond 50 will be charged at a rate of $2 per photo.

Additional Information:

All rates mentioned are applicable for shoots scheduled within 20 miles of my location near McMinnville, OR. For locations outside this area, an additional rate of $0.50 per mile round trip will be added to cover travel expenses.

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Debit, and Credit. Debit and Credit payments can be made through my store page and are managed securely by PayPal. You do not have to create a PayPal account to use the Card Payment method.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All automotive photography sessions must be paid in full prior to confirming and securing a time slot. Cancellations made at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

Cancellations made with less than seven (7) days’ notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Rescheduling due to inclement weather may be accommodated at no additional charge, provided the request is made and mutually agreed upon prior to the originally scheduled session time.

All sales are final once the photography session has occurred, regardless of whether the final images have been edited or delivered.
