Booking & Cancellation Policy

All automotive photography sessions must be paid in full prior to confirming and securing a time slot. Cancellations made at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

Cancellations made with less than seven (7) days’ notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Rescheduling due to inclement weather may be accommodated at no additional charge, provided the request is made and mutually agreed upon prior to the originally scheduled session time.

All sales are final once the photography session has occurred, regardless of whether the final images have been edited or delivered.
