Residential Real Estate Photo Session: $200 - 400

The residential photo shoot option consists of a full photo session of the exterior of the house, townhouse, or condo. All interior rooms including several angles of major rooms. A typical residential session will end up with 15-35 edited images. Turn around time is typically 1-2 days. 

Apartment Complex Photo Session: $500.00

The apartment complex photo shoot option consists of full exterior photos of at least one of the buildings, the office, the parking area, and the grounds. It also includes interior photos of 1-2 units. A typical apartment complex session will end up with 30-50 edited images. Turn around time is typically 1-3 days.

Office Space Photo Session: $300.00

The office space photo session consists of full exterior photos of the building(s), parking areas, and grounds. Full interior of all desired rooms/offices/work spaces. A typical office space session will end up with 20-50 edited images. Turn around time is typically 1-3 days.

All photography sessions must be paid in full prior to confirming and securing a time slot. Cancellations made at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

Cancellations made with less than seven (7) days’ notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Rescheduling due to inclement weather may be accommodated at no additional charge, provided the request is made and mutually agreed upon prior to the originally scheduled session time.

All sales are final once the photography session has occurred, regardless of whether the final images have been edited or delivered.
